Students will now use the HelpDesk to submit work orders if they are having an issue with their laptops. After submitting the work order, the tech will email the student letting him/her know what to do next. Students MUST check their school email. Students may download the Outlook app on their phone or pin the Outlook app to the bottom of their laptop to be able to check school email easily. ALL issues must have a HelpDesk request submitted. A HelpDesk link has been added to the school website under the students tab, and students may also find the HelpDesk using ClassLink.
*Quarantine students will no longer email Alisha Owens for help. ALL students will need to fill out a HelpDesk request when they have a laptop issue.
