Students Who Drive / Ride to Girls Basketball Game, Thursday, March 9th
We will allow students to check out Thursday, March 9th, at 11:00 A.M. to drive / ride to the game in Murfreesboro. You will be required to have a parent note, or your parent must come to the school to check you out to leave the school property. There will be no exceptions made. You will check-out in the main lobby with Mrs. Carrie and Mrs. Deanna. When you arrive at the game in Murfreesboro, it will be your responsibility to find Mrs. Cross, Coach Ellis, Mrs. Heglar, or Mrs. Butler and check-in with one of them, this will cover you for 3rd and 4th block on Thursday, March 9th. If you do not report to school on Thursday, you will need to use a parent note for 1st and 2nd block. For you to be excused for 3rd and 4th, you must check in with Mrs. Cross, Coach Ellis, Mrs. Heglar, or Mrs. Butler at the game. Please remember you must have a parent note to check-out, or your parent will need to physically come to the school to check you out on Thursday there will be no exceptions. We will not accept a phone call, text message, email, or fax. Not checking-in Mrs. Cross, Coach Ellis, Mrs. Heglar, or Mrs. Butler at the game will result in your attendance to be counted unexcused for the time you are not in school.
If a student will be picked-up from SGCHS by someone other than a parent or guardian, the student must have a parent note that states whom the student will be picked-up by.
Students Who Ride Pep-Bus to Girls State Basketball Game, Thursday, March 9th

SGCHS will be taking one pep-bus to the girls’ state basketball game on Thursday, March 9th. Permission forms can be printed from our social media page, or you can pick-up a form from the tote located by the main office entrance at SGCHS tonight. Pep-bus sign-ups will begin at 8:30 A.M. on Wednesday, March 8th the signed permission form along with the $10.00 fee for the bus must be turned in at this time. Seats will be available base on seniority and availability. Students will be responsible for their ticket and meals. The bus will leave SGCHS on Thursday, March 9th at 11:30 A.M. and return to SGCHS between 9:00 – 10:00 P.M. Students who ride the pep-bus will be excused from 3rd and 4th blocks. If a student does not ride the bus back to SGCHS their attendance will be counted as a parent note.

Pep-Bus for Girls Basketball Game Thursday, March 9th
We have 25 seats available on the pep-bus. We will allow for students to bring the completed permission form and $10 fee to the office at 8:15 A.M. tomorrow, Thursday, March 9th. The seats will be on a first come, first served basis. Your only chance for a spot on the bus will be if you have your completed permission form and money for the pep-bus when we make the announcement Thursday morning at 8:15 A.M. Remember, it is your responsibility to purchase your ticket for the game on GOFAN or have cash to purchase it at the door. If you need a permission form, you can print one from our social media outlets.
